Financial Business Plan
We would like to raise capital for our scaling-up phase and for that. We would like to involve students to develop a financial modelling. We will provide access to internal documentation etc.. we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan, which we can present to investors.

New Product Design - Expert Academies
What is the main goal for this project? The goal of this project is to design and test key Valemount products for new products: an executive expert academy offering - Risk Academy; AI Academy; Digital Academy; Customer Experience Academy - including pricing and market testing, onboarding of senior executives; and designing a fractional C-Suite with a focus on Chief Marketing & Sales, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Data Scientist, and CIO including marketing approach, as well as updating Valemount Teams channels including project planning, billing, and other services.
Financial Business Plan
We are excited to be launching a new business, Will2Well In person Gym. With any launch, having a financial plan is one of the keys to success, and we would like to involve students in creating one for our new venture. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projection.
Comprehensive Business Plan for Will2Well Inc.
The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive business plan for Will2Well Inc. The plan should include evaluating market attractiveness, internal capabilities, and external risks. It should also include assessing various business strategies, formulating a mission, vision, goals, and business objectives, and outlining detailed strategies for key functional areas like marketing, operations, finance, human resources, and leadership.
Organization Structure Configuration for Growth
Our organization is anticipating a large amount of growth in the next five years. To make sure we continue to operate with a high level of efficiency, we need to have the right people in the right places. With your help, we hope to modify our current organizational structure in a way that best manages our growth priorities. Tasks may include: Research our existing structure and personnel needs using our organizational chart and speaking to employees. Generate a projection for personnel needs in the next five years using quantitative and qualitative assessments. Conduct a gap analysis for the skills and positions that will be needed in the next five years. Develop a proposal for a reconfiguration of our current organizational structure including research, the gap analysis, an updated organization chart, and proposed solutions. Create an updated organizational chart according to recommendations.
Valemount Phase 2 Winter 2024
Phase 1 November 2023 - January 2024 || Phase 2 February 2024 - March 2024 The goal of this project is to continue phase 2 of three work streams for Valemount Consulting including updating the branding, look and feel across Digital platforms and designing two planned products: 1) updating and refining Valemount website, LinkedIn and Teams branded look and feel and standardizing and enhancing across platforms; 2) an executive coach offering, including pricing and market testing, onboarding of senior executives; and 3) designing a fractional C-Suite with a focus on Chief Compliance Officers, Digital Marketing Executives, CISO, and Treasury.
Valemount Network - Phase 1 Spring/Summer 2024
Phase 1 May 2024 - June 2024 || Phase 2 June 2024 - July 2024 The goal of this project is to continue three work streams for Valemount Network from the Winter funding phase including updating the branding, look and feel across Digital platforms and designing two planned products: 1) updating and refining Valemount website, LinkedIn and Teams branded look and feel and standardizing and enhancing across platforms; 2) an expert Academy stream including potential Risk Management, AI and (Customer) Experience; and 3) designing a fractional C-Suite content channel with a focus on CISO. WHAT TASKS WILL STUDENTS NEED TO COMPLETE TO ACHIEVE THE PROJECT GOAL? Workstream 1: define and execute a repeatable process to onboard C-suite including helping them refresh their website and LinkedIn and connect to our Valemount Network online presence Workstream 2: participate in the development of our Expert Academy offerings including the planned academies in Risk Management and the potential academies of AI Academy and (Customer) Experience. Role will include helping update proposal materials and delivery toolkits and as well work on research and writing senior executive PoVs leveraging AI to both write and edit the points of view. Workstream 3: Further refine the fractional C-suite go-to-market offerings with a focus on building out a content channel for CISOs targeting the small and medium business segment. (Workstream 1 largely has a renewing team; but we are open to "experts" in the use of LinkedIn and their group functionality. Workstream 2 has existing team members renewing but probably could use one new team member per academy target. Workstream 3 has one renewing member and could use 1 - 2 members who are new who ideally have a background or interest in Cyber Security.) The final due date for the Phase 1 is June 30, 2024.
