Website Construction
Welcome to CCBI! We are a budding non-profit Social Finance Clinic and we're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative initiative with their skills in Website Construction Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to transfer our website from a website builder to wordpress to enhance our website’s functionality. Currently, the translation app we use is inefficient, leading to inaccuracies and issues with overcharged visuals due to bilingualism in Quebec. We aim to implement a means to ensure seamless and accurate bilingual communication for our users. Deliverables Conduct an assessment of our current website builder. Research and propose alternative solutions. (Bilingualism to the forefront) Migration and build Deliver a final report outlining the problem, solution and implementation process

Digital Marketing Strategic plan
The ICRC/CCBI is seeking to develop a strategic marketing and communications plan that reflects our recent shift from public-facing outreach to a network-centered model . This transition comes in response to online targeting and harrassment, which have made traditional public marketing unsafe for our team and our community. We are currently without a clear digital marketing strategy and need to find ways to reach new clients and strengthen internal engagement , without compromising the safety of our members, staff, or community. The goal of this project is to explore how we can communicate effectively not only within the 2SLGBTQ+ ecosystem but also with a potentially larger interested public who identifies as allies to the 2SLGBTQ+ communities through trauma-informed, and privacy-conscious strategies. Interns will work to: Understand the sensitivities and risks involved in marketing to marginalized communities; Identify internal and external audience segments; Assess appropriate and safe communication channels; Propose a clear, phased marketing plan that supports growth, safety, and sustainability. This project gives learners the opportunity to apply marketing and communications knowledge in a nonprofit, social economy context , while deepening their skills in ethical engagement, risk management, and equity-centered storytelling .

Market Research
Welcome to CCBI! We are looking for students interested in market research and social impact analysis to explore changing perceptions of 2SLGBTQ+ initiatives. Main Goal: The goal of this project is to assess how public perception and market dynamics are evolving regarding 2SLGBTQ+ community-led businesses and organizations. This research will help CCBI adapt its positioning and outreach strategies. Deliverables: Conduct a review and analyze recent market trends. Design and distribute surveys or conduct interviews with key stakeholders. Compile findings into a strategic report with actionable insights.

Training Module Development
About the Project CCBI is launching a Solidarity Clinic in spring 2026 to provide free tax returns and financial, fiscal, consumer, and digital literacy support to underserved 2SLGBTQ+ communities, particularly those facing economic disparities, immigration barriers, and systemic exclusion. We need to train our growing team, volunteers, and collaborators with intersectional, trauma-informed, and community-grounded approaches. This internship supports the development of an original training curriculum that addresses real gaps in existing resources. This will not be a copy-paste job - many of these trainings don’t yet exist in a way that aligns with our values such including economic and trauma informed content so you'll help build something new and necessary!
