Collaborative Knowledge Base Development for ICRC/CCBI
The ICRC/CCBI is aiming to develop an internal wiki or collaborative knowledge base to enhance knowledge-sharing and streamline onboarding processes. As a nonprofit operating within the social economy, ICRC/CCBI collaborates with a diverse group of stakeholders, including collaborators, contractors, staff, volunteers, members, and partners. The current challenge lies in effectively managing and disseminating information across these varied groups to ensure consistent and efficient communication. The goal of this project is to create a centralized, user-friendly platform that will facilitate easy access to organizational knowledge, thereby improving collaboration and operational efficiency. This project will allow learners to apply their skills in information architecture, content management, and user experience design, ensuring the knowledge base is intuitive and accessible to all users.

Create a template for future grant applications to streamline the process.

Training Module Development
About the Project CCBI is launching a Solidarity Clinic in spring 2026 to provide free tax returns and financial, fiscal, consumer, and digital literacy support to underserved 2SLGBTQ+ communities, particularly those facing economic disparities, immigration barriers, and systemic exclusion. We need to train our growing team, volunteers, and collaborators with intersectional, trauma-informed, and community-grounded approaches. This internship supports the development of an original training curriculum that addresses real gaps in existing resources. This will not be a copy-paste job - many of these trainings don’t yet exist in a way that aligns with our values such including economic and trauma informed content so you'll help build something new and necessary!
