Sharon Carne, BMus, M.F.A., Director of Training and Development for the Sound Wellness Institute, is an author, international speaker, sound therapist, publisher, musician and recording artist. From 1988 to 2016, Sharon was a faculty member of The Conservatory, Mount Royal University. In 2008 her work changed direction. Sharon is the founder of Sound Wellness, the Sound Wellness Institute and co-founder of the Emergent Workforce Program. Through the Sound Wellness Institute, holistic health practitioners receive the highest level of competency training in Canada in using sound and music to support their practice. The Emergent Workforce program is dedicated to restoring wellbeing, community, purpose, creative collaboration, and kindness to the workforce, while supporting the financial goals of the organization. When we are making a purposeful contribution, our lives are filled with passion, creativity, inspiration, compassion and wellbeing.

The Sound Wellness Institute is a training organization that provides Wellness Programs for the workplace focusing on psychological health and safety and competency training for Holistic Practitioners who with to add sound therapy to their practice. Corporate training is evolving dramatically. In order to best serve organizations' training needs and preferences, we have been recording the Emergent Workforce program on video to be able to expand the scope of our offerings in the following ways: 1. Online learning through our learning management system 2. A combination of online learning and live streaming classes 3. Live presentations Information about the Emergent Workforce program is available on our website at Emergent Workforce website We are looking for Marketing strategists to work with our team while developing a marketing plan. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. Our Marketing strategist (team) position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Our need is for a digital marketing strategy for our virtual programs. Desired outcomes include: Assessment of our current marketing practices Research of online markets that would be receptive to our virtual offerings Recommendations in the form of a Digital Marketing Plan Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency. Video Editing Project

The Sound Wellness Institute is a training organization that provides Wellness Programs for the workplace focusing on psychological health and safety and competency training for Holistic Practitioners who wish to add sound therapy to their practice. Restrictions on the way that people interact and learn have shifted dramatically with the COVID pandemic. While there will always be a need for in-person learning in a classroom setting, the entire structure of the workplace is changing making it necessary to create alternate methods of delivering program content. To that end, our live programs are being converted to video, to offer multiple delivery options: 1. Live presentations in a 'classroom' setting 2. Online learning through our learning management system 3. A combination of online learning and live streaming classes It is estimated that there will be 24 hours of finished video created during this project. Information about the Emergent Workforce program is available on our website at Emergent Workforce website We are looking for assistance with the editing of the training videos for our learning management system. Using your design skills, your creativity, you will be responsible for creating a series of engaging videos from raw camera and audio footage with Adobe Premiere . Potential Focus Areas: Create an overall design template upon which present and future videos will be based Consistency of the look and feel of finished videos Liberal use of graphics and animations to enhance the learning experience Rendering of all videos in Adobe Premiere. Web optimization of rendered videos for delivery through our learning management system. Video quality and user experience to be of outstanding quality, consistent with our brand

Digital/Social Media Content Strategy and Creation

The Sound Wellness Institute is a training organization that provides two branches of programs: 1. Wellness Programs for the workplace focusing on psychological health and safety. 2. Competency training for Holistic Practitioners who wish to add sound therapy to their practice. We are looking for Digital/Social Media Marketing strategists to work with us while developing our Content strategy, calendar and content creation for the corporate wellness programs.
