Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending social media management tools to schedule our content.
Grant Writing
Our organization is interested in addressing societal issues and supporting social causes. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined. Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. Healthcare Partner Identification and Market Research in Atlantic Canada
The main goal for the project is to conduct market research and strategy execution to identify potential healthcare partners in Atlantic Canada. Additionally, the project aims to understand the nuances in the healthcare systems and organizations in the east coast to support Consoul's expansion and partnership efforts in the region. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and analyzing the healthcare landscape in Atlantic Canada, including the structure of healthcare systems, key players, and regulatory considerations. - Identifying potential healthcare partners and conducting a comprehensive analysis of their services, capabilities, and market positioning. - Developing a strategy for engaging and forming partnerships with the identified healthcare organizations. - Creating a detailed report outlining the findings and recommendations for Consoul's market entry and partnership approach in Atlantic Canada.

Social Media Content Library
The goal of this project is to create a library of social media posts that can be used on our social channels, primarily LinkedIn and Twitter. The student should focus on content collection, creation and organization. Posts can be images or videos The goal is to find interesting strategies DTC / e-commerce brands are using on social media. Ideally posts that are going ‘viral’ (high volume of views and comments). Creative edits, controversial topics, unique campaigns and outside the box approaches are all great to reshare. Take screenshots of posts or recordings of videos that brands have shared and created an associated caption for the post. Posts can be found by searching through hashtags, trends, ads or pre-built lists. The lesser known the brand, the better.
Simulation Research
Our research lab publishes dozens of papers every year to promote projects in our field of research. Among these papers are studies detailing our lab’s findings from simulations that replicate real-world conditions. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct our simulations. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our research project and objectives. Familiarizing themselves with our simulation and modelling. Running simulations and comparing results to experimental data. Tuning simulation parameters to better match experimental conditions. Reporting the results of simulations. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Researching other simulations and models to compare our simulation against.
