MedInclude Website Revamp

Medical information and instruction is often shared with a lot of jargon and medical terms making it hard for patients to understand. Complicated medical information is a barrier to receiving equitable and quality care and adds an unnecessary layer of anxiety to patients’ care process. The problem is compounded for patients who don’t speak English as a first language as they sometimes have to navigate translating what is being said by themselves.Healthcare organizations try to solve this by hiring nurse navigators, printing booklets, and hiring translators. All manual, expensive, and unscalable. MedInclude leverages technology to simplify medical information into grade 5 reading level and making it available in multiple languages.
