With over 15+ years of Human Services and Health Care leadership expertise working directly in Human Resources and Operations (throughout the US, Ontario, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Alberta), Lloyd is a results-focused leader who is dedicated to improving corporate culture, growing systems and promoting continuous business growth.
Lloyd currently holds the following designations: CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) designation from CPHR Alberta, SHRM-SCP (Senior HR Certified Professional) a US designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, Q. Med (Qualified Mediator) designation through the ADR Institute of Canada and the ADR Institute of Alberta, RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation with the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada and CM (Chartered Marketer) designation with the Canadian Marketing Association.
Additionally, Lloyd is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and holds his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current talent acquisition process at CarePros. - Researching best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment for Alberta specific to Child and Youth Care Worker (CYCW) roles - Developing new strategies and approaches to improve talent acquisition at CarePros. - Implementing and testing the new approaches. - Creating a report outlining the new talent acquisition strategies and their potential impact.
