The main goal for the project is to help improve talent acquisition approaches for CarePros. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Analyzing the current talent acquisition process at CarePros.


- Researching best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment for Alberta specific to Child and Youth Care Worker (CYCW) roles


- Developing new strategies and approaches to improve talent acquisition at CarePros.


- Implementing and testing the new approaches.


- Creating a report outlining the new talent acquisition strategies and their potential impact.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:


- Analysis of the current talent acquisition process at CarePros.


- Research report on best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.


- New talent acquisition strategies and approaches.


- Implementation plan and testing results.


- Final report outlining the new talent acquisition strategies and their potential impact.



Final deliverables:


- A comprehensive report outlining the new talent acquisition strategies and their potential impact.


- Presentation of the new approaches to the Director of People and Culture at CarePros.


Mentorship

Members of the People & Culture department at CarePros will be made available to support learners. We will provide relevant data, processes and policies for review.
