Your team contract template is divided into three major sections:
1. Establishing team procedures
2. Identifying expectations
3. Specifying the consequences for failing to follow these procedures and fulfill these expectations
The Team Contract will help your group effectively manage the project workload and complete a high quality deliverable. It will also establish your team's agreed upon expectations and plan of action if any member is not honouring their commitment to the project work.

During your onboarding meeting with your project supervisor, please discuss and complete the project agreement.
This agreement will document the agreed upon project scope and deliverables, define what is not in scope.
Amendments
Both parties can agree to amend the project deliverables as the project progresses so long as the project deliverables remain within the knowledge, skill, and abilities of the student(s) and continues to align with topic and theory of the course the project is occurring in, and there is:
- Mutual Agreement: Changes must be agreed upon by both parties.
- Written Documentation: All amendments must be documented in writing.
- Feasibility Check: Ensure changes are feasible and within the project’s original parameters.

We’re looking for community partners interested in working with our senior nursing students (4th year) to evaluate existing interventions and services pertaining to a priority population, ultimately aiming to create innovative and evidence-based communication strategies, programs, or services that are sustainable and socially, and ecologically oriented and aim to promote health equity and equality in priority populations. The projects will promote the UN Sustainable Development Goals. https://sdgs.un.org/goals What you get: Each community partner will receive a final project package (situational assessment/ system analysis/mapping), including a communication strategy tool. These communication artifacts will vary depending on the intended audience and purpose of the communication but could be: ● Aninfographic ● Social media strategy/ communication campaign ● Caseforsupport (for advocacy or funding leverage) ● Videoclip/ digital tools/video promotion ● Webpage/Google Site ● Toolkit ● Content and design for APP Howthis works Student teams will choose a community partner (CP) at the beginning of the winter term. With the help of the CP, the team will explore an agreed-upon public health issue through the lens of a specific priority population, coming up with a project plan to engage other stakeholders to build a clear picture of the needs and opportunities for addressing the health issue. Early Aug Early Aug Mid Sept Experiential Learning Facilitator and the course professor will discuss the potential projects to ensure a good fit with the course learning outcomes and the mandate of the partnering organization. CPs join the class (in person or virtually) to pitch their priority population challenges with Q&A with students. Student teams select a project, and CPs are informed of a match. CP will meet with the student team and initiate discussions of the scope of the project, including the action plan submitted by the team and reviewed by the course professor- on selected priority populations and priority public health issues (no significant changes to the work plan should be made after this date without consulting with the course professor). End Sept-Nov Student teams work on completing the phases of the project. Early Dec Teams make final presentations to CP on campus or virtually and hand in materials/project package Your Commitment
