1000towns.ca - Launch New Town Pages (WordPress)
Number of individual students required: 15 students, any Province or Territory, Canada We would like to lunch new small town pages on 1000towns.ca. We would like to work with students to develop these unique pages for us. Students should be prepared to: Launch 10 town pages in WordPress based on our template Build pages, with our assistance in providing digital content Test launched pages The 1000 Towns team will provide training.
Website Development
We want to add more elements to our existing website. The website is built on Wordpress. Interns should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build fully-functioning web pages, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
Data Entry to generate/expand a prospect database
Chemicals 101 directly markets products research labs. Initial contact with the customer is done by email. To populate a database there is significant time to organize the contacts information. We would like to collaborate with students in data entry to work towards maintaining a functional database. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our database structure. Transferring data into our databases efficiently. Verifying the accuracy of the data in our databases and making relevant updates. Organizing and retrieving data as requested. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Providing assistance in creating new databases.
Voice Sample Collection for Aview International
The goal of this project is to research and collect various voice samples of various creators, both male and female, across different ages to help us train our AI dubbing software. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and collecting voice samples from various creators, both male and female, across different ages. - Analyzing the collected voice samples to identify any patterns or trends. - Developing a database of voice samples for our AI dubbing software. - Optimizing the database for better performance. - Testing the database and making improvements based on additional data. Final deliverable: to collect ~400 voice samples that can be used to train our database for AI dubbing. This will be added to a pre-constructed database we have created for the student.
