We believe this project will include: Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Interpret a request for proposal (RFP). Research, plan, write, edit, and revise a persuasive proposal narrative. Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. Research into other grant opportunities to support our cause

PROJECT SCOPE Our organization is looking for technology students to work in groups to develop a full stack mobile and desktop application. The project should include elements of the following: ○ Utilizes a backend database to support the application ○ Middleware components built by the students that are hosted in the Cloud ○ Client-side user interface - as a desktop, web, or mobile application What is expected of students? Based on student’s qualifications, students will apply their skills to build a software and embedded systems to achieve our goals. Students will work with our organization to: · Develop requirements, user stories and customer archetypes for our project. · Analysis of business scenario and recommendations for potential solutions · Develop prototypes and solicit feedback from our company and our users · Iterate and refine designs to meet our needs. · Front-end and back-end website development or adding features to an existing product · Application software development · Full Stack Applications · Mobile Apps for Android or iOS

A web application that will list upcoming events of upcoming Carnival worldwide provide a eCommerce store where users can purchase event specific products. Utilize APIs to purchase event tickets, flights, hotels, car rentals etc. The web app will also include a blog style articles which are used to promote the launch of carnival from the different committees around the world.
