Content Writer | Couply: The App for Couples
Couply is the #1 App for Couples on Google Play. We help couples improve their relationship! We do this via questions that spark discussion and personality quizzes that deepen understanding. The more our users use Couply the more customized their experience becomes. We are seeking Content Writers to help us write engaging quizzes, questions and content for our audience of 300,000 couples. This is for Psychology and Journalism/Copy Writing students specifically so; if you are on the path to becoming a content writer, journalist or therapist and are interested in relationships, intimacy, communication, personality and psychology β this is the internship for you! You should be available for 10hrs per week for 8 weeks. The hours are totally flexible, with a one-hour check-in with the content writing team per week for 8x weeks.

You should be available for 10hrs per week for 8 weeks. The hours are totally flexible, with a one-hour check-in with the content writing team per week for 8x weeks that is offered on both Thursdays at 2pm EST and Fridays at 12PM EST.

Responsibilities include assigning tasks and overseeing workflow of Client Service Representatives (CSRs), facilitating training, engagement activities, check ins, and staff meetings for/with CSRs and offering support wherever it is needed. I perform daily administrative tasks including assisting contractors with residence access, reviewing outstanding lockout charges and eRezLife forms, responding to feedback regarding desk operations, completing cash balancing and reconciliation, providing updates on procedures and policies to CSRs. Duties also included guest services troubleshooting, assisting residence students with access issues and general inquiries, assisting in move-in and move-out, performing service recovery and terminal inspections.

Responsibilities included answering phone calls, managing reception desk, making appointments, taking client payments, sorting incoming mail, delivering legal documents, using word processing software to create legal documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney, organizing filing system, filtering and de-cluttering archived files. I worked alone and as part of the office administration team, was frequently tasked with handling sensitive information and large sums of money.
