Hi! My name is Guilherme, and I am a global professional with extensive experience in developing people and teams in national and multinational companies, with special emphasis on customer support, coaching, human resources, operations, projects, and strategic management.

I earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and my specialization is in International Business and Foreign Trade. Currently, I am taking my Master's in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, so I am on my way to becoming an Organizational Psychologist (Including getting my SHRM-SCP & CPHR certification). I love studying and learning new things; therefore, I also possess complementary education in coaching, management, and sales from renowned international schools.
