I've been in the IT, tech, advertising, and marketing space for over ten years. The interest started at a young age and it really took off after I completed some college education and got my first Information technology job. Since then I have done a wide variety of things including enterprise-level IT support, content creation, and digital advertising.
My specialty is in the digital advertising space around especially Google and LinkedIn. My overall experience with different industries and careers has allowed me to also be a consultant or advisor to complement my primary skills sets.
When working with someone looking to gain experience with my company my #1 priority is to listen and provide positive feedback while empowering them to make decisions and find solutions. If they have questions or need assistance I am always there to help, while also allowing them to operate independently and work in whatever way works best for them to achieve whatever goals we both agree upon.

The company is looking to leverage UX/UI design and WordPress knowledge using WP Astra, Elementor, Figma, and other tools to implement the solution. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current website's performance and user experience. - Developing a plan for improving the website's conversion rate and user engagement. - Implementing UX/UI design changes using tools like Figma and WordPress plugins like WP Astra and Elementor. - Testing the implemented changes and making improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
