The goal of this project is to produce a pilot episode for a podcast that aligns with the company's brand and objectives. The podcast should focus on topics relevant to Orientum Group's industry, providing valuable insights and engaging content for its audience. The project will involve tasks such as researching podcast topics, scripting, recording, editing, and promoting the pilot episode. Additionally, the team will create supplementary content, such as blog posts or social media snippets, to enhance the podcast's reach and engagement.

Marketing - Complete a full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy (product, place, price, and promotion); Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure. Talent - Design a new/improved recruitment process; develop a diversity and inclusion strategy; design a new/improved employee engagement program.
