Creation for Email Marketing Funnels
There are 2 goals of this project. The first is to create email marketing copy for email marketing funnels within our email marketing software. One funnel is a welcome sequence that runs once someone subscribes to our email list. Other funnels are for an online course we are launching as part of an online HR membership program we will be launching in 2024. We are looking to have marketing copy created for both types of funnels. The second goal is the creation of the automated funnels within our email marketing software. We are looking for help on working on the technical aspect of actually creating and setting up the funnels from entry point into the funnel & exit point out using our email marketing software. Once this is created we will take the marketing copy and add it to these automated funnels. Our target audience for the online course & HR membership are small to medium sized businesses in Ontario that have an employee population of 5 employees all the way up to 40 employees. This target are businesses that are independent insurance brokers for the Co-Operators Insurance company-they are franchise owners of a Co-Operator's insurance agency.
Jr. Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a Jr. HR Assistant intern to support our busy HR consultant company that provides recruitment and HR services to SME's in Ontario Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO & Founder, through assistance with the hiring process to our client base along with assistance on other HR services to our clients. -Screening resumes -Booking candidates for a phone interview -Posting of Job Ad's to various online job boards -Booking one-on-one interviews with our clients -Conducting employment reference checks for final candidates -Prepare offer letter & employment contracts for new hires of our clients -Assisting with the design and evaluation of the performance management program -Assisting with putting together employee policy handbooks
Digital Marketing Strategy For HR Products
Our project has 2 parts to it: Determining what our digital marketing strategy to promote digital HR products & an online program launching at the end of this year. Assist in building content to help us source, curate, develop, and post the content implementing strategies to increase awareness and nurture engagement 1. Digital Marketing Strategy We want student(s) to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company & our digital products & an online program? What social media channels should we utilize? What budget is appropriate for advertising? What messaging should we use? 2. Content Marketing Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following: Content Calendar Curation: timely deployment of all our social media & email marketing content to drive maximum traffic to our site Social Media Management: overseeing different channels that we own and keeping them up-to-date Content Development Other marketing-creation of automated funnels in email marketing software & building of sales pages
Virtual New Employee Onboarding Plan
A start-up tech client of ours wants to create a proper new hire onboarding process because they currently don't have one. They are an all virtual company, so this project involves first researching how to take a traditional in-person onboarding program and be virtual. We want to ensure that the new employees are blown away by our client's onboarding practices. We want our client's company to prepare their new employees for long-term success. MKS HR wants our client's onboarding process to integrate the new hires into our client's company culture, accelerate the learning curve, and increase retention. Students should be prepared to: Research our existing onboarding practices to determine their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Research virtual onboarding practices of competitors. Research what onboarding components are most impactful for new employees. Develop a standardized onboarding plan that achieves our client's goals.
