The primary project requirements include: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share 3. Content Calendar Execution: Timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site 4. Creating engaging content for prominent media websites We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve: Being the top-ranked in searches using "academic editing" and "grant writing" . Preparation of Service Contracts & Review of Terms of Service

Number of individual students required: Anywhere between 1 - 5 students Our team is looking for a legal documents wizard who can help us with our service contracts and terms of service. The primary project requirements include: Asses gaps where legal documentation and contracts are needed but don't currently exist Review and update service contracts and terms of service documents Prepare new service contracts for all our services (we currently only have one for Grant Writing service) Draft a contractor hiring contract (we currently only have the two owners of the company operating it, but we are looking at potential for hiring contractors that we would direct some work towards). We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve: Having legal documentation ready to support company growth. This is a great project for students to prove their legal documentation and contracts expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily measured and communicated.

Review & Setup of Financial and Tax Processes

Number of individual students required: Anywhere between 1 - 3 students Our team is looking for a financial or accounting wizard who can help us set up sustainable financial processes. The primary project requirements include: Development of Financial Procedure document to guide Grammatica's financial practices Develop accounting guidelines to ensure proper filing of revenue and expenses for tax purposes Recommend accounting/financial software to (currently using Wave, which might not be sufficient in the long term) We’re excited to work with students who can help us not only brainstorm but also execute a strategy to achieve: Having financial processes and practices in place to sustain company growth. This is a great project for students to prove their finance or accounting expertise to future employers, as the impact of their work on this project can be easily illustrated and communicated.
