Data Engineering Internship

As a Data Engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in refining and updating our current Azure data pipeline and CI/CD pipeline to enhance real-time data flow. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced cloud technologies and contribute to meaningful projects.

Usability Testing

The main problem we are trying to solve is to garner more user feedback through users’ experiences with our interface. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective.We would like to collaborate with students to conduct usability tests with pre-identified customers. We will provide our latest prototypes for these tests.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Conducting background research on our products.Reaching out to customers and scheduling interviews.Familiarizing themselves with the usability tasks that should be administered.Conducting the moderated interviews remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation.Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results of the tests.

Client Acquisition Strategy for Insider's Edge

The main goal for the project is to find clients for an education consultancy + coaching company, with a focus on students and parents in the Greater Toronto Area. The project also involves creating a strategy to attract these individuals to the services offered by Insider's Edge.

SEO and Social Media Strategy

Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for.Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google.Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic .Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Using our company’s social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends
