The Graphic Designer will be crucial in crafting visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message of digital innovation and leadership.
The candidate/participant is expected to solve/have the expected outcome on below deliverables:
- Create Captivating visual assets to elevate the Wouessi Brand image and effectively convey our mission.
- Come up with innovative/creative ideas to strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
- We seek innovators, so ideas are welcome to create an impact together.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand guidance, target audience; communicate effectively with other team members to brainstorm ideas on new design concepts and initiatives.
- Design engaging graphics for digital and print materials for social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop visually appealing illustrations, and icons that communicate technology-related concepts and digital innovation/solutions for Wouessi.
- Develop a comprehensive design roadmap outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Create mockups and prototypes for website and mobile app interfaces, ensuring user-friendly navigation and seamless user experience.
- Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kickoff call
- A regular weekly check-in call
- Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure progress is not blocked.
- Allow the learners to share the work they do for us in job search materials
- A collaborative work environment to openly share ideas and learn from each other's experiences.
