We are a team of dedicated & passionate individuals, drawn together as innovators, to “Be the Change in the World”! We will empower & invite global citizens to unite as one, in driving positive impact in their communities around the world via our nonprofit organization. We will transform the global philanthropic sector with our positively disruptive platform that encourages cooperation, innovation & participation by those nonprofits we serve. Change Unlimited is about sharing a global platform providing Positive Impact in the world.. Imagine if every FB, IG, YouTube or Apple music user subscribed at only .50 cents/week - just the change from tipping a barista for your coffee, half of an Apple iTunes song, 50% the cost of a pack of gum, that would be $1.2 Billion dollars per week to support causes all over the world in affecting positive change. That’s $64 Billion, more than the largest private Foundation has in total assets, providing positive impact for the world each year.

Millennial Marketing and Communications Plan
We’re looking for a student to help us source, curate, develop, and post the content implementing strategies to increase awareness and nurture engagement. Based on our goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following: Content Calendar Curation: timely deployment of all our social media content to drive maximum traffic to our site. Social Media Management: overseeing different channels that we own and keeping them up-to-date. Content Development. SEO. Other marketing-related tasks. In our efforts to target our main demographic of Millennial consumers, we seek to engage and empower a consistent voice across media channels. We want you to assist us in creating/crafting our messaging and unique branding in the philanthropic sector in a way that clearly differentiates us from our competitors and serves our target Millennial market. For this project, you will need to: Understand our brand and mission. Conduct research on our potential donors/users, stakeholders, and competitors. Analyze our competitive landscape. Identify trends and opportunities in our target market. You will have access to our marketing team, who will communicate regularly with you and provide all the information and clarification needed. We want to drive our brand awareness in the millennial segment through a mission-aligned marketing campaign that works within our budget and time constraints.
Market Research
We have a primary focus on creating a relevant social impact platform for our potential donor (consumer) and nonprofit organizations (clients). With this in mind, we have created a new unique tech giving platform to engage, empower and unite these two participants. While researching our proprietary platform offering, we had various consumers in mind, although we believe now the main focus should be on Millennials and those younger, and expanding to other segments accordingly. We believe our most viable market are those aged 20-35, however we need help proving this. This knowledge will aid in a new approach to marketing, especially for the launch of our giving platform. Our specific need is determine what competitors (GoFundMe Charity being largest & main competition) are also playing in this landscape and what our target markets perception is of these competing brands/platforms. This information will help us determine what key messaging will resonate with our target audience. Successful outcomes include a market research report, informed by primary data collection. We would like to understand our customer base through surveys and conversations with our potential consumer to gather insights into giving/ charitable donations (or non-participatory) behaviors, expectations, and experiences with us and our competitors. We believe we know a good amount about our target audience and our ability to engage a broader market as well. We need to examine the full market potential (engaged audience) in our philanthropic sector before we launch our giving platform. Through a deep dive of our philanthropic sector/market, we hope to identify key market trends to assist in our go-forward plans. We want to look at growth trends, stagnation patterns or decline analytics, for example. It is important for us to know where the most promising innovation exists or which areas are slowing down. Subscription based donations are on the rise, so how can we differentiate ourselves. We believe that there is enough philanthropic industry data available to complete a study of our sector. It would be extremely helpful for a student group to look at our philanthropic industry, identify key trends of growth, stagnation and decline. We are open to all information that seems appropriate and valuable. Using these findings, we would like a detailed and researched report on the market trends that will mean the most to the future of our nonprofit organization and its giving platform.
Strategic Customer Segmentation Analysis
We would like to identify and enhance our marketing campaigns through evaluating our customer segmentation- from Gen Z (68m), Gen Y (Millennials- 72m), Gen X (65m) & Baby Boomers (71m). We would like to implement cutting edge technology to analyze our customer segmentation, relative to our platform engagement. From the analysis, we hope to gain insights that will enhance our strategy and help us focus our nonprofit's giving platform marketing to each segment. We do have relevant data from 2018 to share Re: Philanthropy-Giving. We believe this project scope will include: Analyzing data sets using advanced technologies. Identifying trends and establishing correlations. Creating predictive models. Submitting recommendations based on the analysis.
Non-Profit Database Building
We are an early-stage startup focused on building technology for non-profit organizations (NPOs). As part of our offering, we are building a database of NPO information from various sources. These sources will include pulling information directly from the websites of the non-profit organizations. As part of this project, we would like to prototype and test approaches for pulling data from a list of 150 websites. The following data should be collected from each website and saved in CSV format: Name Primary Location Leadership Team / Board Information Contact Email Contact Telephone Number Social Media Links (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Mission Financials The student(s) will define the actual fields needed for this data and run a process to pull data from the provided list of URLs. Completion of this project should include Written overview of the process used that includes the tools considered, tools selected, any feedback on the how these tools worked, and lessons learned from the project. Detailed instructions for configuring the tools used. Infinite Giving will need the ability to re-run the process. CSV file for the 150 websites
