She cares deeply about your development and is extremely adaptable to your situation as a student. Expect a project with YSS to grow beyond the confines of the outline, allowing for very meaningful projects.

With this company your work matters and most importantly YOU matter. They really treat you like an important member of their team, and everybody is working together towards the same goal. There is even a sense of community to the team members. Overall very nice experience and learned a lot!
