I am truly grateful to Achēv for assigning me to this project, and working with Randall was a phenomenal experience. He is one of the best leaders I’ve ever met—disciplined, organized, and with clear goals and a strong spirit. Randall is always straightforward with his comments yet maintains a diplomatic approach, fostering an open and collaborative environment. He excels at delegation, ensuring that tasks align with our interests. He always checks with us before assigning tasks, giving us the space to explore and learn. During the orientation, he asked us about our interests—whether in visualization, AI modeling, or blockchain—showing his commitment to aligning work with our career goals. Participants experienced significant professional growth through the employer's exceptional supervision and mentorship program. This program fostered a supportive learning environment, enabling participants to develop critical skills in data analysis and market research. Specifically, they contributed to the development of three distinct products by conducting in-depth research on small-to-medium business (SMB) owners. This research focused on understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by SMBs throughout their 'start-to-saleable' journey, providing participants with valuable experience in translating raw data into actionable insights.

It was a great experience working with an organization like BizBridge. I have always wondered what it must be like to work with a startup. Working with Bizbridge has allowed me to learn a variety of skills in a short period of time. I was able to emphasize on individual accountability as we were a very small team. Overall, I loved having the freedom to express my idea to the firm and I am excited to apply the skills learnt from this project in my future employment.

The tasks for learners are comprehensive and cover key areas of cybersecurity, from analyzing existing measures to developing an incident response plan. This ensures learners get hands-on experience in multiple facets of security. Reporting directly to a CTO with a background in cybersecurity adds credibility and mentorship value, which enhances the learning experience. This project provides a great learning opportunity by immersing participants in real-world security challenges.
