Psychology Website Software Development
We want to explore new ways of interacting with customers through our website.We would like to collaborate with students to create software that interacts with customers. The software will be incorporated onto our website.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services.Familiarizing themselves with front-end/back-end software/website development.Understanding how personalization of software for each client can create a more user-friendly experience. Collaborating with front-end/back-end team members. Deliberating on next steps in software development process. Attending weekly meetings via zoom.Providing student email to chat and collaborate via Microsoft Teams.
Customer Engagement Emails
We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing customers.We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services.Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails.Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails.Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Recommending email marketing tools.
Website Development
We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers.We would like to work with students to edit our current website to ensure that it is easy to navigate while also providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through the platform we utilize- Wix.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages.Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content.Providing training on updating and maintaining the website.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
Software Development
We are in the process of developing a software system that is specifically for the client intake processes of Apprise Psychology, other software features may be added, if there is time (such as booking, finances, etc). We currently have a leader in this project that will be helping guide you through this process. Some things you may be involved in are:Coding; back-end/front-end processes. Python, React, API Testing. Designing of software. UI/UX.Please note: Attendance of a general meeting every Thursday is a part of this project (typically 8:00pm EST) as well as a back-end meeting on the weekend.
Animated Video Creation
We want to explore new ways of sharing our products and services through social media.We would like to collaborate with students to create an animated video that explains our services. This video will be displayed on our website and shared by email.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Familiarizing themselves with our company’s target market, brand guidelines, and products and services.Developing a storyboard and animating scenes for the video.Selecting suitable background music.Bonus steps in the process would also include:Combining visual and auditory elements to create a finalized video.Recommending ideas for future marketing videos.
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Application
We have two main goals for using AI and machine learning:To make the transition from website to service purchase easy & attractive for all customers. To automate internal processes - so the same process is not taking up more and more time. We would like to collaborate with students to apply the latest artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to customize website processes & automate internal processes. Students will develop an AI / ML model related to any of the aforementioned applications.This will involve several different steps for the students, including:Researching the latest AI / ML techniques and how they could be applied to our data.Developing an AI / ML model that provides unique outcomes or insights into our data.Providing multiple solutions that can be applied to solve the same problem.
Psychology Form Development
Development of multiple forms for a psychology practice. Inputting psychological questionnaires into a psychology platform (Jane App). Gain psychology experience for your resume/CV (ideal for psychology student desiring to obtain future employment/apply to graduate school). Able to bring own ideas for form implementation/time to brainstorm ideas.
