Project Description : Start Up Special Projects and Operations Welcome to StrongerU Senior Fitness! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, Start Up Special Projects and Operations. Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to assist StrongerU Senior Fitness in the development of various operating procedures and special projects. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.

Video Subtitling for StrongerU Senior Fitness

StrongerU Senior Fitness aims to make its video content more accessible for students, including individuals who are hard of hearing and non-native English speakers. The project involves creating accurate and synchronized subtitles for a series of educational and fitness videos. Learners will apply their skills in video editing and transcription to enhance the accessibility of the content. The project provides an opportunity to understand the importance of accessibility in media and the technical skills required to produce high-quality subtitles. You will work on a set of pre-selected video footage, ensuring that subtitles are clear, concise, and correctly timed. This project will allow learners to apply classroom knowledge in digital media and communication to a real-world scenario, enhancing their understanding of accessibility standards and practices.

Course (LMS) Migration for StrongerU Senior Fitness

StrongerU Senior Fitness is seeking to migrate its educational courses to a new Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance user experience and streamline course management. The goal of this project is to successfully transition all existing courses, including multimedia content and user data, to our new LMS platform (likely Kajabi). This project will involve data migration, ensuring data integrity, and testing the new system for functionality and user accessibility. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of data migration, system testing, and user experience design.
