Problem Statement Special Compass aims to bridge the gap in educational accessibility and inclusivity for students with diverse learning needs. Currently, the tools and systems in place lack seamless integration, making it challenging to streamline operations such as lead generation, client management, payments, digital marketing, and feedback collection. This disjointed approach limits our capacity to effectively support educators, parents, and students. Criteria for Success Operational Efficiency : Implementing an integrated system that automates lead generation, CRM management, payments, and feedback processes within the WiX platform. User Experience : Ensuring the platform is intuitive and user-friendly for clients and internal staff. Impact Measurement : Establishing mechanisms to track and analyze engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve services. Project Goals At the end of the project, Special Compass expects: A fully functional, automated, and integrated system within WiX that supports the organization’s operational needs. Working with Shakira and Special Compass was a truly positive experience. Shakira attended all four of our scheduled meetings and was fully present during our final presentation, which we greatly appreciated. She was consistently engaged and responsive through email communication, making collaboration smooth and professional. While we wished we had access to more detailed internal information such as financial reports to strengthen our analysis, we are still very satisfied with the support and insights Shakira provided throughout the project.
