Students are using ChatGPT as a writing calculator and their writing output is exploding. While our first instinct might be to ban these technologies in education, it seems that great change has already taken place and AI is here to stay. Therefore, our view is quite opposite from the knee-jerk reaction of rejecting these tools. We want to make sure that both educators and students learn how to teach and learn with AI, respectively. Ultimately, LLM can empower professors to teach about the latest advancements hidden in the growing body of peer-reviewed publications while also providing activities for students to foster the development of their scientific literacy and critical thinking.
This project aims to foster innovation, develop the interns' entrepreneurial mindset through hands-on experience in market research, sales strategy development, and project management, and contribute to the growth and success of our sales department.
The main goal of this project is to create and send emails to Summations customers. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Researching customer data and creating a list of customers to contact.
- Writing and designing effective call emails.
- Testing the emails and making improvements based on feedback.
- Sending emails to customers.
- Tracking customer responses and analyzing the results.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Ability to prospect, identify, and qualify leads.
- Understanding of customer data and the ability to confidently use customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Ability to write and design effective call emails.
- Ability to test the emails and make improvements based on feedback.
- Ability to send emails to customers and follow up.
- Ability to analyze the results of the emails.
Final deliverables should include:
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue.
- A written report explaining the sales process and outcomes.
