Details

Project: Human City is seeking a team of learners to assist in the development of SpotStitch, an innovative augmented reality (AR) social media application. The goal of this project is to create a platform that allows users to overlay digital content onto real-world environments, enhancing social interactions through immersive AR experiences. The app aims to integrate features such as AR filters, location-based content sharing, and interactive storytelling. By participating in this project, learners will apply their classroom knowledge of mobile app development, user interface design, and AR technology to create a functional prototype. This project offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that merges social media with augmented reality, providing users with a novel way to connect and share experiences.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a working prototype of the SpotStitch app, complete with core AR functionalities and a user-friendly interface. The team will also provide documentation detailing the app's architecture, design decisions, and implementation process. Additionally, a presentation showcasing the app's features and potential use cases will be prepared. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply technical skills in a real-world context.
