  • Activity: Conduct market analysis to identify potential small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) within the healthcare sector that require homecare and staffing solutions. This includes examining local market needs, company profiles, and business trends.
  • Outcome: A comprehensive list of SMB prospects, segmented by industry type and potential needs, providing a clear roadmap for outreach efforts.

2. Effective Outreach and Communication:

  • Activity: Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage with identified prospects. This includes writing customized emails, making phone calls, and scheduling meetings to discuss potential partnerships with Canada’s Best Homecare and Staffing.
  • Outcome: Initial contact made with at least 80% of targeted businesses, resulting in meaningful interactions with decision-makers and establishing rapport with key stakeholders.

3. Detailed Record Keeping and Documentation:

  • Activity: Track every communication and interaction with prospective clients. Maintain records of emails sent, responses received, meetings conducted, and any follow-up actions taken.
  • Outcome: A well-organized database or CRM system that details communication history, including progress updates for each prospect. This will provide transparency and clarity in tracking the project’s performance.

4. Application of Marketing and Sales Techniques:

  • Activity: Utilize marketing and sales techniques learned during the internship, including creating personalized proposals and addressing the unique needs of each prospect.

  • Outcome: A final report that outlines the steps taken, challenges encountered, and results achieved. The presentation will summarize key findings, successes, and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights for future business development efforts.
