You'll work with the Esports How owner as you work through each stage of our sales pipeline from lead gen to close.

You'll gain the unique opportunity to go through a full sales experience for a new BETA service as we're actively testing and iterating on it.

You will both assist us in each stage and critically think through how each stage could potentially be improved, optimized, or innovated. This will be captured in a final documentation deliverable.

The final documentation deliverable will contain each step of the process that you went through (locating lead source, aggregating leads into a spreadsheet, reaching out to our leads using custom copy, shadowing/leading discovery calls, and shadowing/leading sales calls). For each element, we want you to breakdown:

  • What were the steps you conducted to complete each step
  • Which steps or actions could we remove or avoid in the future
  • What additional steps or actions could help each step be more successful (e.g. we shouldn't add X into email copy)
Deliverables

Once you partake in this relationship, you'll be assigned 1 employee who will act as your mentor.

  • Your first milestone will be to work with your mentor to brainstorm various sources of new cold leads
  • Your second milestone will be to spend time harvesting leads that you feel are worth pursuing from a source you came up with
  • Your third milestone will be to work with either our Administrative Assistant or Owner to outreach to those leads to schedule a discovery call
  • For any discovery calls you schedule, you'll shadow (and eventually lead) the conversation as we better understand the prospect, their challenges, and whether this service would be right for them. Assuming they are the right fit and are interested, we'll transition them into a closing call.
  • Your final milestone will be to critically think through each step you go went through and think about how we can improve each stage of the process. You will compile your thoughts into a final document.
Mentorship

You'll be working with a member of our team, who will explain and assist you on each stage of the sales pipeline.

As you participate in calls, you can speak with and ask questions from your mentor as you go through each element of the sales pipeline.

You also have full ability to communicate with your mentor offline through Discord (contact information will be provided).

Lastly, you'll be provided with video documentation that will prepare you for the internship and your responsibilities.
