End Game - Researching and Reporting available Cancer Treatment Protocols
Please review the MGBS AFAQs prior to moving forward.
Tasks:
- Map Existing Cancer Treatment Protocols from Identification to Remission
- Quantify time and Efficacy of Treatment Protocols During Key Stages
- Compare complexity and feasibility of Multiple Treatment Protocols
- Display a Pugh Matrix of Multiple Treatment Protocols
- Leverage real-life examples of Multiple Treatment Protocols
- Report Available Treatment Protocols for Breakthrough in Future Approaches
Learners will:
a => Map the existing Cancer Treatment development process protocols from different cancer drug therapy and oncology centers for research. Mapping includes symbols of rectangles (for Tasks and Diamonds for Decisions) connected by arrows in sequential format. They could use Powerpoint or Canvas (preferably MS Visio Software to construct such maps.
b => Quantify each stage. of drug development, discovery with executable tasks associated with each of these stages including decisions along the entire anti-cancer research oncological developmental stages.
c => Identify the stages that have posed as bottleneck (s) over the past cancer drug therapy development lifecycles from design, development and discovery.
d => Animate the entire Cancer Drug Therapy process either using an animation software or Power Point where it has the animation feature for a visual presentation process. The animation would include solutions to date on how the process was de-bottlenecked by various types of improvements over time.
e => Illustrate entire drug therapy turnkey process where this de-bottlenecking has been achieved. Illustration needs to be done using data to display defects, delays & deviations
f => Report results on a few chosen Anti Cancer Drug Therapy breakthroughs to date.
- Coaching on task creation, completion and presentation to executive management.
- Mentoring to adapt the MGBS methodology of problem solving.
- Guidance on Internet literature reading, reviewing and extracting information to present
- Instruction on Pre-Planned meetings to enhance Project progress for overall success.
- Rendering an enjoyable journey toward the final destination.
About the company
As a business process improvement coach & consultant I worked with several corporations in different continents over 31 years. After a successful 6-year work experience at General Electric Corporation, I founded my company in 2000, and have been fortunate to successfully deliver in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, technology, transactional as well as service type environments. Having published scientific & technical articles, including authoring 5 US patents I released my book on Lean Six Sigma in 2011. I converse reasonably in Dutch, and Spanish, the skills of which I acquired during my consulting times. To date, the total annualized direct customer benefits have accrued to several hundreds of millions of dollars across the globe in more than 20 years. I enjoy outdoor activities, and meeting people. I am thankful to my mentor (s), past employers, and my professional network members without which most achievements would have been impossible.
