I wish to allow interior design students to improve their knowledge in our office, so they gain confidence and experience before entering the job market.

INTRODUCTION

First and foremost, I am so happy to count you among my TEAM. My organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for students for 180 hours.

I am open to feedback regarding areas of focus, as we would like our assigned person or team to perform a comprehensive analysis of our business.

If you like the information provided below and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you. A student or team with AutoCAD, 3D skills and good writing would be the ideal candidate for this project.

RESSOURCES

LûDesign is a company that offers interior design accessible for everyone to live in a better space that reflects us. Therefore, we wish to create a concept where people with different social backgrounds and financial possibilities are able to go and get the help to create a place where they feel comfort and ease and at peace.

GOALS

1- To have a team that will help me complete supervised work and provide clients.

2- To help with my Community Projects. I want to be able to offer these communities, stress and money free, an opportunity to transform there place and make it joyful knowing that financially they are not able to afford the service of Interior Designers.

3- I want this project to have an impact in Montreal, where I am located.

4- I also want to have a team that will help us create and develop our concept, our impact and brand image. Allowing this project to grow and flourish.

I Have 5 specific domains for you to better the company, create opportunities for you to grow and have this amazing sense of accomplishment.

I will resume them here but know that I have specific objectives for you. I will let you know more in our 1st meeting.

1-COMMUNICATION / 2-MARKETING

We want to be known in our community and nationally for the unprecedented work that we are doing in this country. We have a great story to tell and we want it to be picked up by media outlets, we want to target millennial, consumers, wishful/hopeful thinkers who are obsessed with design.

We are looking for people from a cultural minority and light financial freedom to be upfront in our help.

We want you to assist us in updating our branding in a way that clearly differentiates us from our competitors and serves our target market.

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission and sector.

3-DESIGN

My organization ALSO needs some graphic design help!

This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more!

Before we begin paid promotional campaigns, we want to create our website so it reflects our standards and guests expectations. This will also include updating key visual brand components.

4-IT & WEB DEVELOPMENT

As for the website part, we would like the students to develop a new website for our organization and a logo reflecting our brand and concept.

5-MARKET RESEARCH / SALES

It is important for us to have a better understanding of how our target audience perceives our brand and competitors. We want to develop clarity, optimize our marketing strategy, so we can uniquely position and differentiate ourselves within our industry and our service offering.

We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting in our target mark
