The work I'd like to be done is to improve UX and UI for Evolutio. Evolutio is made of 2 apps:

1) For the professional: the goal is to make it as intuitive as possible and possibly include new features

2) For the pro's clients: Improve interface too look even more like an app.

By the end of the project, my hope is to improve UI et standardised all pop-ups, improved visual aspects all-over while improving the UX

1. Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
2. Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
3. Rework the app's design to ensure it is coherent and fluid. ex: review all icons, pop-pups, add graph, bouton orders and design, etc.
4. Innovate- Create wireframes for new functionalities and make it eye appealing.
5. Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

• Design Audit- audit the current user flow to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Competitive research - analysis of direct or indirect competitors' design strengths and weaknesses, with actionable recommendations
• User research- I have most of the details for this part
• Usability testing- summary of key findings and recommendations, or documentation of testing sessions to understand users’ experience of and interaction with your product
• Redesign and/or redesign recommendations- design improved flows for the distinct user types. Workshop ideas and turn those into wireframes or mockups that show exactly how the solution could work
• Prototype- once high fidelity mockups are complete, create a prototype in Figma that can be used to test and validate the designs
