We are seeking student-consultant teams to investigate the competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify the ideal target market for (new or existing product or service); conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviors of target customers; develop a pricing strategy; identify expansion opportunities; and identify key messaging for (new product or service).

Academic Requirements

Academic requirements of for-credit internships are set by a student’s high school or college/university and vary by school, degree path, and internship. Students are responsible for coordinating with their counselor or teacher/professor to understand the process for obtaining course credit for an internship and then coordinating with us about the requirements.

The final deliverable is a market report that will include:

Virtual Internship Program (VIP)

The purpose of the program is to develop students’ portfolios with real world projects, provide training and education, and equip students with the skills necessary to compete in a global marketplace.

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

  • Branding and Marketing Communications - For the student-consultant teams to help improve brand's presence and capture greater market share.
  • Market Research - For the student-consultant teams to help gain a better understanding of target market and ensure optimally positioned and product and pricing aligns with target sector/customer.
  • Public Relations - For the student-consultant teams to help effectively communicate brand's story and mission to a broad audience.
  • Prospecting Strategy - For the student-consultant teams to help implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost sales team's performance.
