teaching writingWe are growing our business by developing a suite of educational workbooks (both paperback and digital). The workbooks will help people improve their writing skills. The goal of the project is to help learners practice various writing techniques by writing sentences that learners can then correct.
To achieve this goal, the students will have to:
- Review background information that we will provide the students with that explains the writing technique we are teaching, and then,
- Follow examples that we will provide, to write sentences that learners can then correct to practice the writing technique.
Also, please note: although we have indicated a timeline with start and finish dates, we are flexible. If students can let us know the timeline that works for them, we can likely adjust the dates.
Students will connect directly with the employer throughout the project via email, phone, and/or zoom as often as they like. We will provide the students with:
- Background information about the writing techniques we would like the students to focus on, and
- Examples of the types of sentences we would like them to write.
