Details

Our organization is launching a super cool fundraising event in mid-2025. However, we are currently facing funding challenges.

We want to collaborate with students to plan a fundraising event to help meet our goals.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

  • Collect all your creative event ideas and pitch them in super cool presentations. Who knows maybe we will have your idea at the event.
  • Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals.
  • Estimating and establishing the budget for the fundraising event.
  • They are creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event.
  • Assisting in marketing and promoting our event.

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

  • Recommending improvements for future fundraising events.
  • General organizing of timelines stakeholders, and planning the tasks till the event.
Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

  • Understanding of our mission, values and goals
  • Establishment of the event budget
  • Creation of a plan of action

Bonus steps would include:

  • Recommending areas of improvement for future events

Final deliverables should include

  • A budget breakdown and event plan.
