The main goal for this project is to research the type of grants that Tony's Family Diner would qualify for and find grants that the company can apply to. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting research on the company's history, mission, and products to understand its eligibility for different types of grants.

- Identifying and analyzing different grant opportunities available for small businesses in the food and hospitality industry.

- Collaborating with the company's management to gather necessary financial and operational information required for grant applications.

- Drafting and submitting grant applications for the identified opportunities.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following tasks:

- A comprehensive report outlining the company's eligibility for different types of grants and the specific grant opportunities identified.

- Completed grant applications for the selected opportunities, including all necessary documentation and information.

- A presentation summarizing the research findings and the grant application process.

Final deliverables should include:

Tonys will support students on the Riipen platform by offering guidance on project setup, task management, and communication with project sponsors. It will provide reminders for deadlines, facilitate feedback exchanges, and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring students stay on track and effectively collaborate throughout the project lifecycle.
