Details

BizBridge.io - an AI platform seeking to help small business owners sell their business (in anticipation of the 1.2M businesses that need to sell due to boomer retirement in the next 10 years) aims to enhance its market presence by effectively engaging small business owners (SMBs). The challenge lies in identifying and capturing the attention of this diverse group, who are often inundated with offers and information. The project seeks to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored specifically for SMBs. This involves crafting targeted messaging and selecting the most effective channels, whether direct or indirect, to reach and resonate with these business owners. The goal is to create a strategic framework that leverages classroom knowledge in marketing, communication, and business strategy, allowing learners to apply theoretical concepts to a real-world scenario. By focusing on a specific market segment, the project provides a clear scope and direction for the team.

Deliverables

The project will culminate in a detailed report outlining the proposed go-to-market strategy for engaging SMB owners. Deliverables include a comprehensive analysis of potential engagement methods, a set of tailored messaging templates, and a strategic plan detailing the recommended approach. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the findings and recommendations will be prepared for BizBridge.io's review. These deliverables will provide actionable insights and a clear pathway for BizBridge.io to enhance its outreach efforts.
