Carib Farm is seeking to enhance its understanding of key stakeholders in sustainable agriculture. The goal of this project is to conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to identify key stakeholders, user preferences, and existing technologies in the sustainable agriculture sector. This project will enable Carib Farm to align its collalboration efforts with market demands and improve its competitive edge. The team will be tasked with gathering data from a prepared list of sources, including industry stakeholders, agriculture organizations, and key stakeholders. They will analyze this data to provide insights into the most promising opportunities for collaboration opportunities and innovative solutions in sustainable agriculture. The project will focus on identifying key partners and collaborators that are relevant to Carib Farm's digital solution and can be leveraged to improve their product offerings and market positioning.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project will include a comprehensive report detailing the findings of the stakeholder research. This report will identify key partners and collaborators, user preferences, and potential areas for innovative solutions. Additionally, the team will prepare a presentation summarizing the main insights and recommendations for Carib Farm's strategic

collaboration planning. The deliverables will provide actionable insights that Carib Farm can use to enhance its future collaboration strategies and product development efforts.
