The main goal of this project is to streamline the staffing process by enabling SMS communication for staffing requirements. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and understanding the current staffing process.

- Developing a system for SMS communication for staffing requirements.

- Designing an interface for the system.

- Testing the system to ensure it is functioning properly.

- Implementing the system into the existing staffing process.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the current staffing process.

- Design and development of a system for SMS communication for staffing requirements.

- Testing of the system to ensure it is functioning properly.

- Implementation of the system into the existing staffing process.

Final deliverables should include:

- All source code.

- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.
