- What is the main goal for this project?

- User Experience - It's always user being first: Beyond solving our user issues, we are trying to create an elevated experience to not only serve but anticipate their needs and created delighted experience
- The feature sets we deliver need to create a sense of value, thereby retaining them. We plan on understanding their base level and figure out how to create thoughtful features for retention purpose.
- Analyze user behavior, actions, and churn metrics. We want to create valuable user flows that give them a reason for coming back.
- What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

- Deliverable 1: Assemble and coordinate with cross-functional teams to determine features that are the highest impact. This will be a prioritization scoring exercise where we stack rank the features based on impact, effort, and risk
- Deliverable 2: We will need to lead 5 user interviews to understand behavior, and encourage feedback to shape the app. We will conduct 30 minute interviews with 5 power users. You will be asked to devise the list of questions, and analyze the answers, and synthesize results
- Deliverable 3: Conduct deep dives and competitor research to determine how to innovate our own product features. Select 3 main competitors and conduct a Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats analysis to be put into a presentation
- Deliverable 4: Create a vision of the app by coming up withh product positioning and messaging that actively solves the pain points of our users. We will use these in our email marketing
