We are looking to work with student(s) to identify alternative pathways to achieve our long-term business goals. We would like the student(s) to dive deep into alternative business options and their related exist strategies. We would like to drill down each of the selected strategies into 10-year top-line action plans.

For example, the recommended strategies could include all or some of the following:

• To sell the business profitably in the future
• To engage in partnerships who will take over the business
• To develop passive income streams
• To focus on specific services only and divest of others

The student(s) are to develop a strategy document where the pros and cons of the various options are discussed and required actions are defined. A Milestone document for each of the plans would also be helpful to plan across a 10-year timeline. Additionally students should include resource plans and financial goals to each presented option.

I have a wide experience working with students (individuals and teams) on their course related projects and through their internships.

We will meet at the onset of the project and define what level of support the students need. There will be regular check-in points that will be scheduled in advance. File sharing will be agreed upon. I can also be available on What's App and email. Students will have access to me for interviews and other research as required.
