Details

Project: Human City is seeking innovative strategies to enhance community engagement within its suite of mobile applications: Co-Quest, Lotus Learning, and SpotStitch. The goal is to design effective community-building mechanisms that foster interaction, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among users. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of community planning and digital engagement strategies to real-world applications. The focus will be on creating user-friendly features that encourage participation and facilitate meaningful connections. The project will involve analyzing current app functionalities, researching best practices in community engagement, and proposing enhancements that align with the apps' objectives. The outcome should be a cohesive plan that integrates seamlessly with the existing app infrastructure, enhancing user experience and community interaction.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a comprehensive report outlining proposed community-building mechanisms for each app, supported by research and analysis. Additionally, a presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations will be required. The team will also create mock-ups or prototypes of suggested features to demonstrate their functionality and user interface design. These deliverables should collectively provide a clear roadmap for implementing the proposed enhancements within the apps.
