Our company is looking to expand its service offering to provide planning templates that clients can use to keep organized. We are looking to create a series of monthly, weekly, daily, meeting notes, and pages that would be printable and potentially used to create full yearly planners.

This may involve:

• Designing multiple calendar page template outlines (various sizes), using inspiration pages and already created pages to make various versions of each
• Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used.
• Meeting with the owner to review designs and make revisions as needed
• Executing the full designs for each asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails.
• Creating multiple thumbnails with different layouts and designs to ensure variety

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

• Creation of 4X monthly calendar views, 4X weekly calendar views, 4X daily calendar views, 4X Year at a glance calendar views
• Creation of 4X meeting notes pages
• Creation of 4X
• Once designs are approved, creation of each asset in sizes, 8.5x11in, B5, A4, 5X9in
• Meet with owner to discuss the branding guide, ideas and completed any changes required.
• Presented a proposal of brand asset design to theowner to be approved for final designs.
• Created the final designs for each brand assets using Canva.

Final deliverables should include

• A folder with all designs, in various sizes in PDF printable files
• Canva editable links to templates so further edits by the internal team can be made

All brand guides, inspiration, instructions will be provided for student to use to execute on new designs
