The main goal for the project is to explore new international markets for a health product using innovative ingredients. The company, Caffe Berry Bar, is looking to analyze potential opportunities for new products, existing competitors, and potential niches for user segmentation for health foods. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching international markets for health food products.


- Analyzing potential opportunities for new products using innovative ingredients.


- Identifying existing competitors in the international markets.


- Segmenting potential niches for user segmentation for health foods.


- Developing a comprehensive report on the findings and recommendations for market entry.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Research report on international markets for health food products.


- Analysis of potential opportunities for new products and innovative ingredients.


- Identification of existing competitors in the international markets.


- Segmentation of potential niches for user segmentation for health foods. (Energy Bars, sparkling drinks, fermented offerings or nutritional supplements)


- Comprehensive report with findings and recommendations for market entry.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including detailed analysis, findings, and recommendations for market entry.


- Presentation explaining all research and findings from the report.
