The main goal for the project is to propose a supply chain implementation with verified digital credentials and digital product passports to achieve full end-to-end transparency of goods, reduce costs across the entire supply chain from production all the way to the customer. T


he project aims to revamp the entire supply chain process and help prevent supply chain fraud through traceability, document digitization, and authenticity, greater data security, and accuracy.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching and understanding the supply chain process


- Analyzing the potential impact of implementing verified digital credentials and digital product passports.


- Developing a proposal for the supply chain implementation with verified digital credentials.


- Creating a plan for end-to-end transparency of goods and cost reduction.


- Designing a strategy to prevent supply chain fraud through traceability, document digitization, and authenticity.


- Ensuring greater data security and accuracy throughout the supply chain process.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive report on the current supply chain process


- An analysis of the potential impact of implementing verified digital credentials and digital product passports.


- A detailed proposal for the supply chain implementation with verified digital credentials.


- A plan for achieving full end-to-end transparency of goods and reducing costs across the supply chain.


- A strategy to prevent supply chain fraud through traceability, document digitization, and authenticity.


- A plan for ensuring greater data security and accuracy throughout the supply chain process.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including all research, analysis, and proposals.


- A 60-minute presentation explaining all findings and recommendations from the report.

1 All company resources for successful completion of the project including access to accounts, data and learning resources


2 Mentorship and guidance from the management team through phone, email and Zoom meetings through weekly/bi-weekly or monthly sessions as required.


3. Experienced team members with more than 10 years in the industry will be available for advice
