Details

Find an alternative to our current membership-based web platform that includes full suite of CRM features and outline in detail the process for migration. The current platform does not allow easy creation of modern-looking webpages, and the member database and CRM features are no longer as intuitive and accessible for members and back-end users.

Deliverables

· Conduct a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable.

· Create a design proposal including low-fidelity mockups for our company’s review.

· Build a fully functional website, with our assistance in providing content and copy.

· Provide training/manual on updating and maintaining the site.

Mentorship

· Assign a project-lead from CERC to help the students navigate the project.

· Access to CERC team-members for research and feedback.
