- Audit Existing Zapier Workflows: Review and document all existing Zapier automations to understand their functionalities and dependencies.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with different departments within Twelverays to identify new automation needs.
- Mapping & Planning: Create a roadmap for migrating existing Zapier workflows to PowerAutomate and for developing new automation.
- Development Phase: Start building the automation in PowerAutomate, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and are optimized for performance.
- Testing: Rigorously test the new PowerAutomate flows to ensure they are working as expected and are reliable.
- Data Migration: If necessary, migrate any data or configurations from Zapier to PowerAutomate.
- User Training: Train the Twelverays team members who will be using or managing this automation.
- Deployment: Roll out the new PowerAutomate flows and decommission the old Zapier workflows.
- Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor the performance and reliability of the new automation, making adjustments as needed.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation outlining the setup, functionality, and maintenance procedures for each automation.
- Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from end-users and stakeholders to make any necessary improvements.
- Orientation Session: Begin with an orientation to introduce learners to the project scope, tools, and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Provide access to PowerAutomate, Zapier, and any other required platforms.
- Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout the project.
- Weekly Reviews: Conduct weekly review meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
