Work with and shadow the Esports How team as we service 1 new client from post-sale to complete servicing.

You'll gain the unique opportunity to go through a full servicing experience for a new BETA service that's being provided through our company as we're testing and iterating on our service.

Our main goal is to have you provide us with a conclusive document outlining the servicing experience and areas you believe we can improve, optimize, automate, remove, delegate, or modify with future servicing iterations.

Once you partake in this relationship, you'll be assigned 1 employee to shadow and 1 client whose servicing journey you'll follow.

• Primarily shadow either the company Owner or the Creative Manager as they complete their specific deliverables for the specific client
• Participate in meetings and be involved in creative discussions
• Be involved in completing certain servicing items such as data aggregation, call scheduling, company researching, copywriting, and strategic positioning brainstorming sessions
• Critically think through each step you go through during the servicing experience and think about how the end goal could be completed better. This will need to be outlined and described in the final deliverable document.

You'll be working with and shadowing our team directly, making this experience very seamless and learning-heavy.

As you shadow, you can speak with and ask questions from your mentor as you go through each element of the servicing.

You also have full ability to communicate with your mentor offline through Discord (contact information will be provided).

Lastly, you'll be provided with video documentation that will prepare you for the internship and your responsibilities.
