The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive design system and revamp the brand identity for SkildLabs (Learning Strategy, Custom eLearning Development and Instructor-Led Training). This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

• Conducting a thorough analysis of the current brand identity and design elements.
• Developing a new design system that encompasses visual elements, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines.
• Creating mockups and prototypes for the new brand identity and design system.
• Implementing the finalized design system across various touchpoints such as website, marketing materials, and digital assets.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following tasks:

• A comprehensive analysis report of the current brand identity and design elements.
• A new design system including visual elements, typography, color palette, and brand guidelines.
• Mockups and prototypes for the new brand identity and design system.
• Documentation of the implementation plan for the finalized design system across various touchpoints.

Final deliverables (should resemble this example):

• A complete design system package including all visual elements, guidelines, and assets.
• 1 brand guide document including guidelines for fonts, colors and usage.
• Mockups and prototypes showcasing the new brand identity across different touchpoints.
• Digital print and web files (RGB, CMYK, PNG, JPG, PDF)
• The original, editable file (i.e. AI or Figma)

Every learner would receive a virtual onboarding package tailored to their particular project and career goals! In addition, for the duration of their project, the learners would also get the chance to:

• Meet with the CEO/Founder on a weekly/monthly basis for 1:1 mentorship sessions. The sessions would focus on discussions related to project progress, personal branding, networking opportunities, and career guidance.
