Objective: The primary objective of this project is the effective market introduction of two groundbreaking tech products: Satellite Wi-Fi Pods and an innovative Digital Skills Mastery System (LMS).


Scope of Work: This ambitious endeavor encompasses a comprehensive range of activities:

  1. Marketing & Advertising: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan, including digital and traditional advertising, to generate product awareness and interest.
  2. Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales tactics targeting specific demographics, ensuring alignment with the unique selling propositions of each product.
  3. Website Design & Development: Create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and informative online platform that effectively communicates the benefits of the products and facilitates easy purchasing.
  4. Fulfillment & Logistics: Establish robust processes for product activation, order processing, and delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  5. Financial Management: Accurate accounting practices and financial oversight to track and manage the financial health of the project.
  6. Content Creation: Generate engaging copywriting and blog content that resonates with our target audience, driving interest and engagement.
  7. Grant Writing: Identify and apply for relevant grants to support project financing and expansion.
  8. Social media: Updates across major platforms to increase B2B and B2C awareness.
  9. Bids & Tenders and Import/Export: Identify suitable opportunities and clients for the Technology we offer and correspond with the relevant parties to provide information and book sales closing calls.
Deliverables
  1. Marketing & Advertising Strategy Development: Craft a comprehensive marketing plan to raise product awareness. This strategy should address the universal utility of our technology for all Wi-Fi device users, with a special focus on enhancing connectivity in remote and rural areas.
  2. Sales Planning & Demographic Targeting: Formulate sales strategies that target specific demographics. The focus will be on articulating the unique benefits of our products to each group, emphasizing their relevance and value.
  3. Website Design & Development: Redesign a user-centric, intuitive website. As a critical tool for acquiring and building trust among new customers, the website should be both informative and easy to navigate. (Platforms: GoDaddy, Shopify, Web10)
  4. Fulfillment & Accounting Management: Establish robust fulfillment processes to manage the expected surge in sales effectively. Concurrently, implement meticulous accounting practices to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
  5. Content Creation: Write engaging, persuasive copy and blog posts that highlight the innovative aspects of our products, thereby enticing potential customers and educating them about our offerings.
  6. Grant Research and Proposal Writing: Identify potential grant opportunities relevant to our digital products. Develop and submit compelling grant proposals to secure additional funding and support for our project.
  7. Social Media Specialist: Develop and implement our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, across social channels Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn.
  8. Business Development: Access dedicated platforms to identify and pursue suitable bids and tenders for our innovative Digital Skills Mastery Platform and Satellite Wi-Fi Pods, as well as leveraging our Import-Export B2B platform to connect with and market to potential technology buyers.
