KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

Research on Workflow Processes in Consulting Industry

  • Develop a toolkit of workflow spreadsheet for consulting firms
  • Explore how other consulting firms are tracking their workflow processes
  • Explore which software(s), spreadsheets, matrix, action plan templates have been helpful and efficient in workflow forecasting, tracking and planning.
Deliverables

IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:*

  • Conduct research and data analysis on different project management processes of other consulting firms
  • Research on different plans/licenses/subscriptions of project management softwares (either monthly or annually) i.e., ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana
  • Identify processes on how to efficiently and accurately create dashboards and trackers to monitor over-budget projects
  • Do weekly check-ins with the Aubin Team for updates and presentation of recommendations

FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

  • Complete the matrix or spreadsheet tracker for all Research information (to be provided by Aubin)
  • 1-page executive summary report of research and analysis
  • 10-minute (minimum) presentation on findings
  • Present and provide recommendations
Mentorship

Weekly 1-2 hours mentorship and direct supervision with regular check-ins
